A 9mm (PARA) SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL MODEL 'P08 LANGE ARTILLERY LUGER', serial no. 3530. WITH HOLSTER AND LATER STOCK,
the pistol dated 1917, with re-blued 8in. barrel, dove-tailed fore-sight blade, elevating rear-sight with adjustable blade, re-blued receiver and toggle, un-numbered side-plate, re-blued frame, chequered walnut grips, period wood-based magazine numbered '6955', together with its leather service holster (some stitching loss to the tool compartment), and with an un-numbered walnut stock of 'carbine' form almost certainly later fitted with a basket-weave pattern horn heel-plate (stock cracked and repaired at toe)
